Osborne told ‘lacklustre’ economy means austerity should be curbed as IMF slashes UK growth forecasts for this year and next


The Treasury today insisted it was ‘slowly but surely fixing our economic problems’ after the IMF warned ‘lacklustre’ growth meant there needed to be flexibility in the cuts programme.
